Pilates at the Barn is a beautiful purpose built Pilates Studio. Situated in the heart of the New Forest, nestled next to an enchanting walled garden within the grounds of the scenic Hinton Admiral Estate. Acres of woodland and an expanse of gardens paint the backdrop for our stunning space which was once the magical play-place of the real Alice in Wonderland.

Run co-independently by two Body Control Pilates teachers and former dance professionals specialising in Matwork Pilates; who share a passion and expertise for movement and perfect form.
